No feedback

On the 23 of August Days later after I wrote my review they responded stating within five working days they will give me feedback still up to date nothing has been communicated to me this is what they wrote. I acknowledge your posting, and have referred it to Complaint Management for immediate attention. Feedback will be provided within five working days.
