No feedback and response
I am working overseas, and my account was frozen.I sent numerous e-mails to relevant departments, but no one is interested in helping me.I called the call center more than three times from overseas.I have spent more than R500 on telephone conversations with them.Every time they tell me it has been escalated.I have so many incident numbers: ***7, ***4.No one seems to care. Please help.
