No feedback !!!!!

I still have not received any call or feedback from Capitec regarding the money I lost on my account due to atm *****, I wish I never opened an account with Capitec, this bank does not sympathize with its customers, your agents are rude, how am I supposed to survive with no money to even pay rent, I am closing my account if I dont get my money back, I will expose this bank on speak out, cart blanche, and all the social platforms for mistreating its clients, I am a new client with Capitec and this has been my worst experience ever, Get someone to call me and let me know how far my query is? I cannot wait any longer, I will expose you
