On the 3rd of April 2021 my sister gave me her card to withdraw R500 for her, I want to a Capitec ATM at norkem Park around 09:09. I put in the card as I wanted to withdraw but the R500 never came out, but an sms was sent to my sister to say the R500 was withdrawn. I immediately called the call center and spoke to a lady by the name of Natasha and explained my problem to her, she than advised me that the account holder needs to call but to date the amount has not been reversed back into my sistas account why?
