No feed back to the clients. Disappointed

Capitec Bank is really a useless bank. Tried to apply for a credit card twice but no feed back. Seems Capitec bank does not want to do business. They take there time to contact you back, ive lost R5000 due to capitec because they do not do there work. Been told to go to your bank because they can help there customers due to ****s…. Capitec is a ****. Utter useless. Im going to close my bank account and go to a other bank that wants to do business.
