No delivery.

Capitec closed the branch without any notice to the clients and there is not even a note left for the clients. On Monday the 29th February I went to another town to get serviced, when I asked one of the Capitec employed about the closing of our branch, she had no idea. I asked their phone to report to the client line I spoke to Megan who gave me this ref ***2. Indeed they phoned me with no resolution or at least tell me when the new branch will open. The consultant whose name I forgot to take advised that it was a short notice they got from their landlord. She revealed that they have not been in good terms since 2013. I agree they had short notice but why they couldn't even send smss to us? I told the lady that it seems like we don't matter to them. I receiver an sms yesterday that the issue of the complaint has been resolved. How? I don't know because in our conversation with the lady there was no resolution or else they must tell us we are not important to them or we must move the other banks.
