So you complain and get a call from Robin Rinquest saying he will get back to you seeing its a internal enquiry! I am still waiting! Just empty promises! Capitec cant tell me why they cant offer me a loan or creditcard ! You as client are not allowed to know??? Bull****!! I want to know! I have no debt! Earn good imcome and i get declined and capitec cant give me a reason! Pathetic service
