No customer services

Capitec is probably one of the worst banks that ever existed, they have only a few atm's in the whole of cape town that does deposit and then 99% of them is always out of order, especially the one at goodwood, N1 city branch. I got there few minutes before 1pm( which is closing time) and the lady at the door had the nerve to close the door in my face, i wanted to deposit cash, but again the atm was out of order!!! Really ill make it my mission to tell everyone how terrible they are, i really dont know why they just dont close like all the rumors going around
