No customer service, telling client they can’t assist with opening bank account because it’s a long process.

Your branch in Durban central( west street) has the worst customer service ever. I was there today to open an account. You know what they said, they are in a hurry to close I must go to a different branch. Mind you it’s around 12:30pm. And they closing at 2pm, they actually chasing a client away saying “we cant help” when I asked to speak to the manager they told me She’s currently in a meeting. I have never been treated like this in my Life. Train your staff please, I was a client bringing business to you guys. I’m livid with how they treated me.
