No customer service - Get your house in order!!!

Worst ever service!!!! Even the customer help number and the consultant needs to go for training as they know nothing what they are doing. Their customer service needs to be looked at!? Want to do online purchase and my online funds has been changed without me be notified and lost tons of deals. This bank needs to gets its house in order. Every in this country is getting worst and worst! Never had problems like this at all in the past!!!!! My limit on my account was still set by myself and without me knowing The bank goes and change it? Whos account and money is it???? Not the banks! Who are they to play boss over my money and my account?????
