NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** INCLUDED!!!???

This will be my second time I am complaining and are lost for words with this BAN****! Customers is the worst at this bank as they make promises they can`t keep by. The worst is it is ***** that was committed and it as it is not of importance!? Also intraduce my mom to this Bank where she was by ABSA. The best would that she should of rather staid by ABSA!! As I handed a POWER OF ATTORNEY in with all that is in order for all BANKS and doctors letter. Till now they have not gotten back to me or anything also done by NOW!!!!!???? What type of Organisation is this????? PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING CAPITEC BAN****!!!
