No customer service
I app**** for a loan with Capitec on Thursday, exactly a week later and I have had no response as yet, I have been phoning them, holding on for almost 20 minutes a time ...just for them to advise me that the person who is handling my transaction will get back to me, we are already on a week and no feedback as yet.
