No Customer Relationship Management S****s

Assistant Manager and Manager at the Capitec Branch in Gezina Gallery shopping center in Pretoria has absolutely no Customer Relationship Management s****s.

I visited the branch today and stood outside in the sun for 20 min. When I asked the assistant manager if there was a problem with the system as the que has not moved at all in the last 20 min he became very aggressive blaming the fact that the que was not moving on the social distancing rules. This is of course nonsense because surely as clients leave the bank others would be allowed to enter the bank. Which was clearly not the case. The Manger was even less helpful. I tried to explain to them that this branch is normally very efficient and all I was trying to do was accertain if I should rather return at a later time (no point in standing around if they were experiencing difficulties). The did not give me a chance to speak and it cost me having to raise my voice to get heard.

If interest I recorded the assistant managers and from the recording it will be clear that he has no business being in the front line dealing with clients.

What happened to the previous management??
