no customer care at Capitec
Another incredibly dis-hearteniing experience trying to open another business account with Capitec. Managed to get a current account but we are needing a forex trade account and this is NOT easy. Being shoved from pillar to post, being put through to departements that are actually not allowed, then back to square one. This is a business bank!! What has happened to good service?

20 Jun 2024, 14:16This is not my first complaint. Same response previously; somebody contacts me, the issue eventually gets sorted but bank's performance does not improve!! Sad to see another bank go downhill.

24 Jun 2024, 11:10Good day, I received a telephone call last week Thursday. They were going to listen to the telephone calls I made during the week on Friday. Since then total silence. I was horrified to see howmany complaints I had to scroll down to get back to my complaint just a couple of days ago. Please can the CEO of Capitec business bank be informed as to what bad service we are getting on the ground! I am going to pay head Qaurters a visit this week and will take this up with them.
