No Covid protocols at Capitec Bank.

Capitec Bank Capricorn again. No sterilizer at the ATM. Empty. Dangerous. A health risk. Result of complaint, a bored unfriendly woman with an unapologetic and disinterested expression telling me that the person responsible for the sterilizer is " on lunch" Well while she is "on lunch" thousands of people could be at risk. I think Capitec Capricorn / Muizenberg should go "on lunch" permanently. If you cant manager a bottle of sterilizer, how do you manage peoples money ? This is my 3rd complaint and they still cant get it together. What conclusion do you make ?
