No contact from being made

I have not had any contact from your collections dept regarding my loan repayment.

For reasons unknown, I don't know why your company is not contacting me to finalize payment and I really don't know what is going on.

I would appreciate an email, because I cant take calls during the day (call center) and any assistance would be appreciated as a lot has changed on my side (more financial responsibility)
