No client care or assistance for clients in any form

Capitec bank THE REEF MALL is absolutely pathetic I don't know why there is a branch there they can not do anything on numerus occasions I went there I was told they can not help all the employees are so comfortable on there phones with earphones talking joking yet they cant help to open a account, they cant help to deposit money you have to stand in a que that goes on for ages at the ATM out side as to where they don't even assist clients that struggle to deposit as they have never done before ,went to add a card to my current account they cant help ,a friend went to find out why her loan is being deducted when paid in full they cant help it would seem that they get paid to sit on there asses the whole day on the phone and listen to music nice life working for Capitec The Reef Mall anyone could qualify to work there as anyone can listen to music and play on your android device because it would seem that is all the branch is made off !!!!!!!!0 for client care and assistance
