No cash withdrawals

I have been to 3 branches in the last 2 days to withdraw money - the branches do not have tellers to do withdrawals and the ATM's do not have cash - this is ridiculous - i need to withdraw R20k which cannot be done at any other ATM as my limit cannot be increased more than R10k - Bel Air, Randridge mall and Northgate could not assist - i'm trying to call Clearwater - no one answers - this bank is a joke - i need the cash urgently - the worst service i ever got from a bank -
