No cardless service at Capitec ATMs, why???

Im just upset because i misplaced my bank card and thought of a brilliant idea to curb this by doing a mobile money transfer to myself so that i can access money without my card.... unfortunately for me I only realized after words that you can only withdraw the cash at Shoprite or Checkers besides the long queues this also requires you to carry your ID book with you (which i never carry around unless im travelling long distance). So heres my complain WHY THE HELL HAVE A "CAPITEC" CARDLESS SERVICE IF YOU CANT EVEN WITHDRAW IT FROM A CAPITEC ATM????????? Oh and now i cant reverse the transaction its either i wait 30 days for the money to bounce back into my account or I must be on the somewhat Easter bunny type of hunt for a shoprite or checkers while carrying my ID.

Its a stupid waste of time just cancel the whole mobile money situation if this is how its setup, the whole idea of mobile/ cardless/ instant money is convience and youve clearly missed the mark here!
