No Capitec response
On 13 October 2025 I wrote a positive review on my experience with Capitec. I also made a comment/request about the possibility of an additional service as regards their credit card account. To my surprise I received a reply from Capitec treating my review as a complaint and allocating acase number, ***3. Surprise, surprise. Three months later and no follow up by Capitec!!
