No call back

Sitting in Thailand and asked to transfer money between 2 of my capitec accounts since my phone broke and now I have no app or Internet access. The asked for my Skype Id. Still today no reply and they do not aswer calls. This is disgusting as I need my funds transferred urgentky or I cannot pay my bills. Worse service ever.
