No Assistance you will get from Capitec.

I was *****ed do to a payed ****mer s inaware realise later it was **** I called Capitec to block the account I payed, the told me funds it was transferred to a 3rd party. they never bother to contact the 3rd party to block the acc and retrieve my funds wen I call no respond from the 3rd party the whole of 2023 waiting for respond until I have to be rude to the this year and send me sms of saying we could not get any funds from the 3rd party. how could they expect to get funds while the whole year passes. Capitec is very useless you cannot get any assistance you need from them.
