No assistance on loan repayments

I went into the branch this morning to inquire about the 3 month holiday on repayments as I cannot repay my loans this month, all the other major banks are doing it. So they say they cannot help me as my profile lists I’m unemployed, yes I am unemployed I have been since last year May but have I defaulted once on my repayments, NO it has been paid every month by my husband but mid March he was put on short time and now with COVID he is getting no pay (company is applying for uif but that will only be a small percentage of his salary) so now please explain why you can’t help me because I’m unemployed, I’ve never defaulted on payment, assistance is needed and if this cannot be done I will persue other options
