NO ASSISTANCE OM DEBIT ORDER STOP

I have an debit order that i didnt accept and they refuce to assist me. I contacted them multiple times and they have no idea how to decline or stop the debit order. I have gone so far to Block my account because the debit order will go off and take all my money, i am currently unemployed and no one seem to help me stop it.
