No Assistance in ***** Case

I am starting to wonder if my query will ever be resolved, it's now a new month and all Capitec does is quickly reply on here but not to me personally and they have to update about my case after I've provided everything they have asked for. I'm left with no choice but to reach out to the ombudsman since it's clear that what that *****ster said was true in Capitec working with them and never assisting in ***** claims. It's really sad. I cannot believe the lack of service I've received.
