no assistance

so I did an enquiry regarding the SAFT funding, I was told if you bank with capitec/mercantile you can apply via mercantile. I do an enquiry mercantile tells me I have to bank with mercantile. First of all I am a capitec client for 10 years, I've been using one of my capitec accounts for my business for 2 years. Mercantile was only acquired November 2019. when I enquired about opening a business account wi th mercantile I did not qualify as I am an SMME. Now I need some assistance coz my business had to close due to lockdown now they cannot assist me and I cannot apply at any other bank. Thanks alot for nothing. Now my employees have to suffer and I run an educare which is a service to the community. but now I cannot get funding to pay my 3 employees that I have. great job capitec.
