No Answer From Capitec Bank

I went to Capitec bank in Mafikeng Megacity branch 3weeks back as there was a dating site that deducted money from my account without my knowledge and I wanted the bank to reverse my money!, the Gentleman who helped me told me to wait for 10 days and Capitec bank will get back to me! I’ve been waiting and the money hasn’t been reversed I didn’t join that dating site and it means someone tempered with my account number and hacked it! I’m seeking help here as the bank is doing nothing about it and the money that I lost I need it!
