Busi was very firm, kind and helpful with my query. I would very much like to say I am very satisfied with the way she handled my query. Stuck to the company procedures, which showed me that Capitec does take care of their clients, as per the FAIS legislation. Impressive. Give that woman a bells!!!!!!!!!
