Never will i bank with capitec

My fathers card was blocked due to fica.Maybe he did receive an sms saying that he has to go in. He doesnt always read properly he is suffering from strokes.We went to the branch at gevendish where they said we need to bring proof of address..He stays with me so i need to take mine...so i took my notification of license renewal not older than 12 months as stated on their pamphlets. They said they can not help me cause the disk already expired. Point is my notification is not OLDER tan 12 months. We went to festival mall branch.The guy who assisted me said it doesnt have a date on.i can get a statement from my bank not saying for how long so i assumed they just need my adres. Stood in the que at my bank for about 30min went back to capitec they said i can not have statement with only 4 transactions on it appears to be \not active"statement clearly shows open... Said i can email them a statement"
