Never take a capitec loan

I took a loan with them. Paid 600 extra every month. Only to find that there is extra R800 they took without my knowledge. I went to the branch but did not get help. I was told its dread diseas, disability, jobloss and death cover wich they say its insurance. I explained that I dont need those since I have them personally and will be able to pay should any of those happen. Never take a lot with capitec. I am frustrated. We talking about less rhan 30k
