NEVER RECEIVED PREPAID ELECTRICITY

I bought prepaid electricity on my mobile app for R300 and the app didnot send me a token, or showed any failure messages, or even reverse my money.

Know I am stuck without electricity, probably have to go to the branch to get my money which is a waste of my time.
