Never go to Capitec for a loan they will end up making u do things for nothing all the time and money for printing my banking statements was a waist of time especially they email systems are so ****

Hellopeter I'm very very disappointed and frustrated and angry I'm going to be on social media and all platform to inform everyone how Capitec treated me firstly 2 weeks back I went to Capitec sanridge square midrand to apply for a loan however I had all information all my details was up to date has I app**** for a credit card or a loan which I needed for emergency the lady at Capitec tells me i must come back end of this month with a may statement, the lady was not helpful at all very stubborn couldn't even explain why she needed may statement yet all my documents thats lined up is all legitimat yet Capitec says 3 months bank statement and 1 months pay slip.... so I went to bluehills Capitec the lady nomathanda was very very helpful I walked to blue hills mall and ended up checking with her on they system showed I pre approved of a loan and on the banking app it shows pre approved so I went walked again on Friday samething walked for nothing leaving my job halfday to sort this out then she told me because i app**** online a agent will contact me but however she scanned all my documents everything was okay hoping to at least get feedback from capitec a email or an sms or even a call I had to call them and get declined for no reason yes a credit card was to help was build credit score my score is average 6.5...because I dnt have any clothing credit account the worst experience is walking there and walking back home for 3 days whilst taking leave from work I swear capitec just gave me a worst experience the agent call and also asked me to visit the branch i did visit the branch employee tells me online agent are dealing with my paperwork but why she couldn't give me a straight answer there I want to cancel my account with Capitec reopening my account was to actually change my salary from tymebank to Capitec but however this bank is the worst bank I've come across I'm sure even African bank is long ways better and more helpful from the conversation I had with them and looks has if they going to approve the loan my is Denley Govender
