Never ever trust capitec funeral plan

I am deeply hurt when I write this story,my aunt passed away on the 11th of August 2025,then I have claimed on the capitec branch and informed them that as per the instructions from the burial society,she will be buried on the 16th of August...funny enough on the 15th of August I have received a message that my query will be attended on the 04th of September 2025 and still we have not received any pay out from them,we ended up borrowing money to bury my aunt while we have been paying for 2 full years..I will advise everyone who wishes to take capitec funeral plan to stay away from those ****mers
