Never-ending back and forth
App**** for a loan 3 weeks ago and it’s been an endless back and forth of not receiving proper feedback and seems like they having difficulty finalizing. Every time I call for a follow up, I’m being told that an agent will call me in the next 10-15 minutes or before the end of the day and almost 3 weeks before of waiting and still nothing.
I’ve app**** before and never had any issues, if anything, all was well approved and done by the end of the day. This time around, it’s been the worst 3 weeks of waiting for you guys to give me proper feedback

still no resolution.
A gentleman called me yesterday and had advised that he escalated the matter and should receive feedback yesterday before 5pm or not later than close of business today. However, still no feedback and no phone call. I'm frustrated at this point as I do not understand what the hold up is. Can i please get some form of resolution for this

I had been calling almost everyday for the past 3 weeks asking for feedback but never received any. wrote a review on hello peter but still no assistance and suddenly when I call again, my application has expired? Worst bank ever!!! and no, don't bother contacting me and offering me useless advise. The first time didn't help so I don't see how this time will be different.
