Never Banking with capitec again it nothing but nonsense

I wrote this review with frustration 🫤 and anger 😠 for what this nonsense company had done to me. I want my capitec account closed and my money returned back to me. This bank is a **** and should be closed for good. So this what happened last month they was money missing on my account when I calculated it it came to 2700 I called the bank angry and ****ed who has access to my app besides me you know what they said open a case and sent an email to us for the ***** case it will take 21 days to give you feed back **** I am still waiting. So they went ahead and closed my app and my card. Yesterday an amount of 2000 came through my account you know what this bank did they debited it the only money I have when I personally suspended all those debit order who reinstated them when I closed them I called they call center angry and you know what they said collection departments is closed now call us tomorrow this bad is a joke seriously.
