Never bank with capitec if you want to keep your money and savings

Useless this one ... someone swim swapped my sim and transferred all my money to his bank account .. I went straight to the bank after realizing that I dont have any funds in my bank account . They told me about 14 days to investigate.. they need a case number but they cant provide a place where the money was transferred .. today some useless ***** manager called me to tell me they cant refund me because the perosn already withdrawn the money..

The only thing they know is stopping the cellphone banking other than that they are very useless.
