Never bank with capitec

I had an account with capitec bank,but they closed my account.when I went to the branch they told me that my account is closed and it won't be open again.how can they close my account without even calling me and hear my side of the story.they always close people's accounts just like that.I know a few people who have the same experience with capitec bank.now the worst thing about capitec bank is that once they closed the account with funds,they won't release the funds.what they will tell you is that the matter has been handed over to the ***** department,of which you will never have any response back from the ***** department.to me capitec bank is like a ****a shop,it seems like they don't have any rules.even the hawkers are far better in running a business than capitec bank.
