Negligence
I paid for a house via Mercantile Bank and they gave someone else (with my initials) the title deed. I'm going through hell trying to rectify that \mistake"and Mercantile pretends to know nothing about this. South Africa is going to the dogs with these banks!!! Is this a new form of apartheid"
