Neglected all they want is money

Capitec has its app down I’m not even getting notifications of money in or out all they doing is saying I must rest my phone check for connection let alone I’m overdue with some payments it’s been days now all they are saying is sorry for the inconvenience instead of fixing their app cause it seems to be down I have penalty fees
