Negative 20k balance for late purchase process I don't even know

So, I have negative 20k in my savings account, which you guys authorized without question, I just received R800 and it's gone... please look into it before I terminate my account with you... so please advise on this matter, as I've been a loyal customer for years and don't see how this could have happened under your watch.
