Need my money back

I wrote a review on Hello peter 4 days ago and I received a call from the capitec complaints management,who asked more about my incident. He said he would get back to me on the same day but it's been 2 days now. And now,I am being asked to give feedback regarding the service I received?? Capitec is really playing people. An amount of R2600 was just ****** from a student and it's been 3 weeks of me calling and reporting this matter...I need my money back💔💔💔
