Need clarification
Good day I am a ZEP holder I went to one of your branches in Durban I wanted to open an account and the guy said I can't open an account because my permit is expired. What's your stand on ZEP holders as an institution.

Thank you I finally got a call from your employee. Unfortunately she did not have enough information and she even **** that all banks were instructed by Home affairs not to accept new clients who are ZEP holders. The information we have as ZEP holders is everything is normal until when Home affairs instructed otherwise. Please Capitec may you make it public that Home affairs instructed you not to open accounts for ZEP holders and if you can provide the communique as well. Whether it was a memo or a press statement from DHA.
