Need assistance CAPITEC voucher

I do not want to complain about Capitec here. But I need assistance from them. Need help. I bought an Electricity voucher from them and send the pin to something called UNIPIN to a *120* number as directed.

I never got electricity and my money is gone. I need Capitec to reverse the transaction.

Here os the full complaint I published for this ***** Unpin: (Please CAPITEC get another partner for your voucher transactions)

WARNING - DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!! YOUR MONEY WILL BE LOST

I couldn't buy electricity normally on my Capitec app so I tried to use the "Vouchers" option on the app. I got the pin and sent it through to Unipin as required.

All I got back from them is an sms that I must be patient and not resend the pin.

Needless to say I didn't get electricity that night when I urgently needed it. I didn't get it the next day. I never got it. It's been four days now.

Do not use this service. They are dishonest and you can't get to speak to a person. Sending you emails asking for the screenshot of the transaction and the ref number. You can send those as many times you like, they just reply asking for the same thing again.

I realised it was an AI bot replying to the emails.

Money gone. I can't believe that Capitec is partnering with such dishonest and *********** institution.

You are warned - DO NOT buy electricity voucher from Capitec, rather use the normal electricity buying feature. If not available like iny case, rather go the night without electric than throwing away money and still not having electricity.
