need assistance

I am not happy with Capitec Bank, In 2016/2017 I took a loan with Capitec Bank and was Paying R2500 a month that was gonna be a 3 years payment, I then Lost my Job 3 years back, as soon i got a job i tried to make contact with the bank but could not get assistance fine... Last year was approached by VVM Attorney who confirmed the mandate of the account is handed over them they are offering me a once off Settlement to pay off the account, I then asked them if I can pay for 6 months due to affordability was told Capitec wants the money as once off. This year was approached by another Debt collector for this account I paid R19000 coz I want to remove the blacklisted account off my name. now I am struggle to get paid up letter to this Company. Can Capitec take back the account for me to negotiate with I am afraid of ****s maybe the debt collector i paid this account to is a ****. or negotiate with VVM Attorney for me to pay the once off offer I have due to Corona Virus I dont have a stable job but i will try my best to pay it off or help me with all the proof of payment i have to to update the account on my credit record. and one thing i have i was not even contacted by Capitec they just sold the account without me knowing
