<p>My sister and myself where at the Capitec bank in Cresta a while ago. She wanted to withdraw a big amount of money inside where they told her she can not she has to go withdraw outside. We went to withdraw outside just to find that it says decline. As she walked to the welcoming lady a guy went to the machine took off his pad and her money. Luckily the lady saw it and stopped him. But capitec does not make it safeto withdraw money since you can not withdraw inside at all.</p> <p> </p>
