my trusted capitec hitting me hard
i recently cancelled two parents from my capitec funeral insurance, i served notice and requested they send a letter confirming cancellation so my current insurer waves waiting period. yhooo im being sent from pillar to post for this. The branch cant help and call center too cant help me with this cancellation letter.
