My salary was taken right under my nose via mobile app

My capitec account was hacked, my mobile app was not working at all. It was written an error code, next thing it says my user name or password doesn't exist. On the 20th of this month i didn't get notifications of my salary and debit orders, only to find out that a ******* by the name of MM Tiki hacked my account and transfered my salary to his bank account, i logged a claim against him via capitec, and also logged a claim to capitec because i dont understand how can a person hack ur mobile app.
