My salary on hold thanks to capitec

My personal account was placed on hold to the fact that I make my income off crypto trading. To much activity on my personal account. Now I am stuck without an account to make my salary to pay bills. No one ever phoned or emailed me to find out if it is me and whats is going on or even to recommend a solution. Now I can not make an income thanks to capitec bank. I went to the strand branch and the arrogance I received from a african lady. She went into my account and jumped on the phone. The more I'm asking what is going on the more she ignores me. So I threw my toys out the cot and she rep****, " Can you see I'm on the phone!" " I can not hear you when I am on the phone! I have to make selections and press numbers on the phone!" Treating me like a child. I said " Talk to me when I ask a question. It is my account not yours I want answers." Her reply... " I will talk to you when I am finished". This ****** in this country must stop. But they gave me a case number and now I am without salary untill they have lifted the hold. Pathetic service from Capitec. Phone to find out what is going on in a persons account. My salary are depending on this now. I am not getting paid until they lifted the hold. Capitec should pay me my salary that I am loosing now because of them.
