my refund

I have complained here last week regarding my refund for the airtime i bought and never received. they were too quick to call and tell me that i will get my money within 24 hours. guess what, am still waiting...... capitec bank is another word for bad service. you dont respect your clients. hence im going to close my account and supplementary card i have with capitec. and im also going to post this on social media so that people know what a pathetic bank you are
