My R2000 vanish

I went to deposit My money on capitec ATM machine bank at soshanguve plaza around 7:15_7:30. The machine wrote deposit error and brought back my card but didn't brought my money back . I checked my balance on the app no money was deposited. I waited on the ATM for almost an hour with no luck. The guy who works at the branch came and I explained to him what happened and he told me to move out of machine and no obstruct other customers to withdraw money or deposit money. He advised me to go to the nearest branch to do a dispute claim. I waited for them to open and log a dispute claim incident number ***. This morning I went to the nearest branch and was told that my claim is being rejected. How is My claim being rejected while I have not received My money. Where did my money exactly go. Im rest assure that no body took my money as I waited for a very long time at the Atm.
